FAQ's

How long have you been designing?

I started formally designing in the winter of 2004, at the age of 20.

What are your capabilities?

I am proficient in CS design programs, as well as illustration, motion graphics, and video editing, I have been editing video since I was 15 years old. My first exposure to Photoshop was at 17, and I have been creating motion graphics since I was 20.

Are you formally trained, or self-taught?

I have been drawing, or doing creative things for as long as I can remember. When I graduated high school, I bummed around my hometown for a while, before deciding I needed to make a move, and art made sense. I never connected with, or understood my feelings about anything but art. I attended Full Sail University, in Florida, and learned the mechanics of “Graphic Design”.

Do you have a process?

I think any sort of creative endeavor requires some kind of process. I don’t have a set plan, but do use a loose method. I sit on a project for about a day before touching it. If no ideas have struck me, I will just start working until something clicks. Usually it does, and I hope that doesn’t stop.

Do you accept any internship requests?

Unfortunately, no. I am a one-man operation at this moment. I would love to grow to the point of needing help, but for now, I’m working alone.

What are your rates?

Every job I take is quoted on a per-project basis. You let me know what you are looking for, I will estimate how long it will take, and how intensive it will be. After that, I will figure out a price, and send that back to you.

How long does the process take?

Unless I am dealing with an unusually large-scale project, I will set up an initial proof within a week of first contact. After that, it depends on the changes you are looking for. On a whole, the process takes about 2 weeks start to finish.

What are your hours?

Chaotic.
